They pride themselves on delivering professional advice along with outstanding customer service throughout the South of England, predominantly Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire with work at home/remote options available.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The ideal person for the job will be a CeMap qualified and self-dependent problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working as a Mortgage Adviser within a "whole of market" environment, providing advice to clients from given or self-generated leads, as well as providing technical support to complex client queries. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

WHAT’S NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED?

• CeMAP qualifications 1,2,3 with Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Minimum 12 months recent experience as an adviser
• Ability to generate your own leads
• A proven track record of customer service and sales results
• Effective and efficient communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be honest and trustworthy
• Flexibility
• Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude
