Permanent - Full Time
This is a superb role for a market leading organisation. You will develop a long term strategic relationship with internal partners, and external customers (retailers). You will maintain the ledger, maximise sales and minimise DSO, debt and costs.
You will:
- work with sales and ledger teams to ensure controls and fluidity of working practices
- deliver meetings with sales to discuss key accounts and resolve issues
- become an expert in the brand, product range and customer base
- lead customer visits to reduce DSO, debt and costs, while maintaining first class relationships
- collect debt via telephone and email to improve cash flow
- act as a business partner - cascading information, ensuring engagement and resolution
- work with the credit manager on ad hoc projects
- supervise credit controllers, acting as a leader
You will be a dynamic self starter, used to working in a fast paced FMCG setting, delivering results and managing concurrent, ever-changing responsibilities.
