If you are committed to client excellence, want to be part of a growing organization and are looking to expand professionally, then Crowe is the place for you Responsibilities: Your role will include managing, coordinating and overseeing State and Local Sales & Use tax work as part of our West coat State and Local Tax team. It is anticipated that this position will help generate and uncover SALT opportunities within existing office clients as well as coordinate, oversee and support state tax compliance efforts for our clients. You will be expected to manage client relationships, multiple projects and meet deadlines. Manage, direct and monitor multiple client engagements as well as serve as a business advisor to the client. Formulate and deliver innovative tax planning and tax savings strategies. Research and consult on complex tax matters. Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment. Excellent writing, communication, and tax research skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 9-13 years of consulting experience preferably in public services firm. CPA, JD or CMI required. Sales and Use tax experience required. Excellent business development skills. Ability to manage and grow strong client relationships. Effective writing, communication and tax research skills. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven ability to develop and mentor State and Local Tax professionals.
