An exclusive role has become available at a key client who specialise within the property sector. They are looking for an Operational Management Accountant with a strong academic record to join the team.
Client Details
The client is a property management company with an international reputation.
Description
A successful candidate will be given duties which include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Calculation and processing of journals
- Setting up payments
- Management of Finance Assistant/interns
- Supervision and review of sales ledger and purchase ledger transactions and processes
- Cash management
- Credit control
- Analysis and presentation of KPI's
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of statutory accounts
- Assist in preparation of tax returns
Assist in year end audit processes
Profile
A successful candidate will have a similar profile to:
- Graduate, CIMA/ACCA part qualified
- International multi-entity accounting and consolidations
- Must be looking for more responsibility and real challenge
- Must be hands on, proactive and prepared to get into the detail
- Must be looking to develop career and experience
- Working with multiple entities in multiple countries would be an advantage
Job Offer
