We are searching for a Tax Senior Manager to be part of the South East Private Equity portfolio company tax team.

In this role:You will be responsible for managing members of a growing team and providing tax advisory services to a range of PE portfolio company clients.You will have responsibilities will predominantly be focussed on tax advice in relation to the PE portfolio company and the transactions it is involved with. The work is wide-ranging including international tax and supporting our clients throughout the deal cycle. A good understanding of management tax issues would be helpful.You will have an opportunity to join a Tax team with ambitious growth plans.You will get progressive and friendly environment.You will an opportunity to work on household names providing technically stimulating advice.You will have an opportunity to work on international tax assignments.The team will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your tax technical and transaction based skills in a stimulating and challenging environment.Essential skills and experience

UK professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/legal qualification) or overseas equivalent.

You will have gained significant UK and international corporate tax advisory experience, and experience of deals.

You will need a flexible approach to allow you to work as part of a number of client/transaction teams simultaneously.

You will have experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internally.

You will need strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative and creative way.

You will have experience of project managing and delegating work within a team context.

You will have a focus on self-development and in the development of others in your teams.
