Page Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Project Accountant to start an initial temporary contract at a multinational engineering firm in Central Manchester. The position is likely to be temporary for 12 weeks with the view to go permanent thereafter.

Description
As a Project Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director, responsible for working with Project Managers and delivery teams in a specified end market and will monitor and analyse revenue.
Duties will include but are not limited to; liaise with Project Managers and delivery teams daily, monitor project performance and key indicators, participate in project review preparation, compliance with SOX, and month end close including project revenue adjustments, WIP and loss provision analysis

The successful candidate will:

- Have prior experience with management accounts or project accounts- Essential
- Have strong communication skills both verbally and written- Essential
