An exciting opportunity as Accounts Clerk for a Travel Firm in the city of London.

Client Details

My Client is an award-winning luxury travel agent providing holidays and honeymoons to the world's most exclusive hotels and destinations.

Description

Responsibilities for the Role of Accounts Clerk to include:

  • Company credit card reconciliations
  • Query Resolution
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accountants Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Managing and processing weekly expenses
  • Cash flow management
  • Daily entry of key data of financial transactions in database

Profile

The ideal candidate Must be confident with Excel and QuickBooks, with great organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Candidates with Finance experience within the travel sector are extremely desirable.


The candidate should have knowledge of accounting concepts with a desire to develop their understanding further, the ability to work unsupervised where necessary and also demonstrate flexibility, with excellent attention to detail. They should also be a true team player, as this role will involve effective interaction/ communication with staff at all levels.

Essential Skills:

  • QuickBooks Experience is Essential
  • 6 month -1 years Experience
