Head of Talent Management & Development
A well established bank in Kuwait is searching for a Head of Talent Management & Development to join their HR department. The purpose of the job is to direct talent management activities and align these across the bank with the overall HR strategy and business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and drive talent management programmes which enhance people's potential and value
Define the current and future needs for employees in terms of numbers, capabilities, skill sets and expertise
Drive assessments of current talent and capabilities, identify gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps.
Deliver L&D framework programmes which will enhance capability/skill levels and provide capable people to progress their careers.
Manage the delivery of development programmes which enable current and future leaders to develop
Shape talent management strategies strength the acquisition and development of local talent to meet the requirements of Kuwaitisation programmes
Drive succession planning and talent identification and ensure business consistency and bench strength development.
Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration.
Specialization in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 13-15 years of broad based HR experience in the Middle East.
Preferably exposure to a wide range of HR practices in banks.
Strong talent management and people development programmes.
