Enrollment Compliance Rep

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is looking for an Enrollment Compliance Representative to assist external and internal customers in completing the requirements necessary to enroll a home into our warranty program. Genuine customer service skills are required to be successful in this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Data entry; paper and digital file management Performs administrative duties (answers phones, emails, letters, etc.) Review home enrollment requirements verifying risk management policies are completed Ability to communicate/understand risk management policies Resolves unconverted revenue by preforming follow ups through written and oral communication within required timeframes Utilizes critical thinking to determine the eligibility of all New Home enrollments Other duties as assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of sales related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer service, communication, and PC skills are required.
