THE ROLE:
This position has direct improvement on the company's consistent emphasis to enhance and improve all their existing processes.
* Conduct or attend workshops to provide input and guidance, and ensure strategy alignment with businesses at the same time
* Take on key initiatives, employ project management skills to drive a initiative to conclusion
* Look for project opportunities in one Market /region to replicate
* Review Market Portfolio and project tracking, support project managers to understand the Outlook result and put action plans to turnaround
* Monitor achievement on monthly basis and discuss with market leaders on achievements and opportunities
* Mentor other Green Belts and or upcoming project managers
* Serves as a self-motivated process change agent who works with Sr. Leadership to execute the Continuous Improvement strategy for the business and continues to institutionalize a Continuous Improvement culture
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
* Completes Green Belt and or Black Belt training within 12 months of assuming the role
* Provide PMF/PSF training along with Sponsor training as needed to respective market
* Support EE annual planning process to ensure reasonable targets in each project
Business partnering
* Partners with process owners in the identification and monitoring of process improvement teams
* Collaborates with other Enterprise Excellence Deployment Leaders to share best practices across the business units and functions.
* Ensures open communication throughout the organization. This includes keeping the Divisional/Functional executives, and the central Enterprise Excellence office informed of program status
* Participates in the development of the functional / business unit annual and strategic plans
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
* Degree in any field with at least 5 years of project management work experience in a commercial role
* Six-sigma qualifications will be a huge plus
* Ability to deal with ambiguity
* High preference for applicants with regional exposure
* Good communication/ networking and people management skill
