We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Management firm in Colchester. They are currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team. Ideally you will be working within an Independent Financial adviser Firm and looking to further your career within the Finacial Services industry.

The role and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Working with Director/Practice manager to provide them with support where appropriate.
  • Liaising with providers to obtain information.
  • Obtaining quotes/documentation and completing applications ahead of client meetings.
  • Adhering to company’s internal processing and administration procedures.
  • Working with the relevant platform to facilitate business transactions.
  • Producing annual client reviews to a high standard and updating any remedial work following review meeting.
  • Management and reconciliation of fees across all providers.
  • Helping obtain information for client queries and any other general administration tasks as directed by Practice Manager.
  • Ensure that client files are completed to a high standard, demonstrating knowledge of client and showing that suitability principles have been adhered to.
  • Maintaining company compliance and confidentiality standards, including completion of annual compliance tests and declarations.
