Operations / Sales Team Leader (Financial Services)

Operations Team Leader required for successful Trade Finance business.
Some of the duties will include:
- Managing the day to day office support
- Budget responsibility
- Risk Management
- Cashflow - Co-ordinate transactional operations
- Develop clients and prospect any potential new business
- Responsible for Marketing activity within the department
- Mentor team members, ensuring staff members are supported within the business
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience of leadership and people management experience in the Financial Service sector
- Strong, self-driven leader
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good collaboration, influence and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise requests and workload
- Experience of driving improvement
- Advanced MS skills
