Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist for The Garage Team Mazda will be responsible for the billing & reconciliation of National & Regional digital media campaigns. They will interact regularly with Digital Media Planning and Finance teams. Externally, the Billing Specialist will be required to interact with digital Publishers & other media companies to obtain agreed upon invoices. Additionally, the Billing Specialist will compile and summarize all Media Bills for the client each month. Must be able to multi-task and handle the following steps of the billing process: Responsibilities: Work with Digital Media team to maintain digital media spend to make sure it matches authorized budget Manage necessary invoice adjustments after billing occurs to ensure payment Follow up with vendors for any invoice revisions needed. Verify that dollars match across multiple platforms Assist Digital Planners with the reconciliation of costs Responsible for summarizing month end client billing Work with Accounts Payable to get Digital Invoices cleared for Payment Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Required) 1 year agency experience (preferred) Good organization skills and attention to details Ability to problem-solve, work independently and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be pro-active, adapt to change and adapt to a fast paced and constantly changing environment DDS Application – AdBuyer, PrinkPak, and Prisma (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree and/or related work experience SDL2017
