Responsibilities: Gathers, analyses, document assumptions, prepares annual 5 year financial plan Prepares monthly forecast as directed by Corporate Reviews BPC forecast input and ensures system is updated as directed Reviews monthly flash report by first working day of each month liaising with Accountant on variances between actual and forecast. Ensures revenue and expenses identified for adjustment are communicated to the Accountant for updating of the general ledger before closing Reviews monthly financial report and ensures explanation for variances are in line with the business Gathers, analyses, document assumptions, prepares annual budget for customer NLCB Attends customer monthly meetings Provides financial information as required by customer Verifies weekly reports (same store sales and CS scorecard) Creates various financial analyses/modelling and schedules in support of new opportunities that the company is exploring Identifies areas where cost improvements can be realized and assists in the implementation of programs to affect cost improvements Prepares monthly risk and opportunities report Reviews quarterly marginal contribution report Reviews monthly cash forecast Reviews monthly segment report Assists in the preparation for Management meetings and conference calls and other presentations on an ad hoc basis Academic / Experience Requirements: Post Graduate Degree in Finance or Accounting 4 - 6 years' experience Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP and BPC Expected Competencies: Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy. Be able to work accurately with great attention to detail Must be detail-oriented, with strong abilities to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment with firm deadlines. Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility, and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to take direction and prioritize as needed. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
