About the role: We are currently seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Analyst to fulfil a 9-month fixed term contract, based at our C orporate office located in South Brisbane . Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, the scope of your role will be to support the HR team in the delivery of expert advice on remuneration and benefits, whilst also providing reports and analysis on HR data. The lifestyle: This position is offered on a Monday to Friday basis. Peabody has recently introduced flexible start / finish times and ‘Summer Hours' giving employees flexibility to finish at noon on Friday's over the summer months of the year. About you: This role will suit someone with strong investigative and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work within an ever-changing environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys research, prepar ation of reports and stakeholder management.
