Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly reporting pack and individual business reporting packs;
  • Provide the commentary and explanation of monthly and annual trends and variances;
  • Develop monthly financial dashboard, deep dive into business drivers and KPIs control;
  • Business scenario analysis and support on profitability improvement project, including pricing, costing, distributor margin analysis and so on;
  • Help drive key insights and analytics;
  • Lead and execute Budgeting and IBP financialization process;
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement projects, including operating systems and processes;

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in finance or accounting related disciplines;
  • 5+ years in finance related role;
  • Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis;
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes.
