This large insurance provider is looking to secure a technically proficient Financial Accountant to join the team based in the Sydney CBD for an initial 2-month assignment.
Working closely with the Accounting Finance Manager, this role will offer a diverse range of duties.
Analysis and investigation of financial data, preparing high quality reports, and reviewing the governance of financial services activities are just some of the tasks that will fall under your guard. On top of this, your natural people skills will be utilised in dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business and working closely with internal and external auditors.
Ideally a CA or CPA with an insurance or financial services background, you will be a stand out in your technical skills and communication ability. An exposure to large company and complex group structures, as well as a commercial orientation, will also prepare you for the expectations of this role. You will be able to demonstrate strong teamwork, initiative and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
