My client is a leading and well known global bank who are looking to grow out their internal consulting function with strong and ambitious Target Operating Model (TOM) Data consultants. This is an exceptional opportunity which offers the chance to work on the largest, most complex and business critical data change projects that the industry has to offer.

The Role:

  • This role is for an internal consultancy function who are responsible for assessing the current state and advising on how what changes to make to improve efficiency or profitability
  • Managing the expectations of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority, influencing and challenging when needed
  • Designing Target Operating Models (TOM)
  • Working on business critical data projects
  • Conducting analysis on the current Target Operating Model
  • Initiating change
  • Travel: opportunities to work on projects across a number of lucrative locations
  • Upskilling/mentoring junior members
  • Responsible for driving and encouraging others to adopt change

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with a consulting setting
  • Must have extensive experience designing Target Operating Models (TOM)
  • Must have experience working on a complex data projects for a large retail or commercial bank
  • Must come from a financial services background
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels of seniorities
  • Possess the genuine desire to want to build a career, learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Additional languages would be advantageous
  • Ideally will have some management consulting experience
  • Degree educated - minimum of a 2:1
