Responsibilities:
  • Call customers for payment and follow up on Hire Purchase repossession and sales activities
  • Review accounts and liaise with repossessors, yard operators and lawyers
  • Call customers for investment products on margin calls and disposal of collaterals
  • Manage and cure mortgage default accounts
  • Ensure customers' enquiries are responded to within the Service Level Agreement
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant collection experience
  • Experience in repossession and sale of collaterals, litigation process, and managing margin call for investment products
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a good team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be pro-active and motivated, and possess integrity
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
