The Global Payroll Processing Team is seeking an expert Payroll Processing Analyst to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive payroll processing. Key Qualifications: •Overall understanding of payroll and post payroll process flows from the point of data capture through gross to net calculation to include processing or analyzing complex payments, processing non-cash fringe benefits/awards and related gross up, garnishments, and tax withholding calculations using ADP's Global View application •Experience developing and/or redesigning processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness •Experience processing payroll for multiple countries, up to and including post-process audits, bank file creation, legislative reporting such as Spanish SS, France DSN, UK HMRC, etc. and outbound interface file generation •Motivated self-starter who works well individually and in teams •Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills •Good interpersonal and planning skills with strong attention to detail •Proficiency with spreadsheet, process mapping, and word processing tools •Ability to identify key partners and successfully influence without authority •Previous experience working with an integrated systems environment, such as SAP and ADP required •Experience with ADP Global View preferred •Spanish language skills preferred Description: Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external groups Analyses and explains all components of payroll processing Identifies, analyses, researches and resolves errors and discrepancies between Apple's internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system to ensure accurate system status prior to payroll processing Supports various projects and/or system UAT stages through partnership and collaboration with IS&T, TPPS, Ops & QA teams Ensures all documentation is properly authorized and supported according to company policies, procedures, regulatory practices and legal requirements Solves day-to-day operational problems of dynamic scope and complexity Supports global peers, acting as a back-up or additional resource for audits, error handling, and payroll processing in the APAC and AMR regions Assists other analysts when needed Education: Bachelor's degree
