Reporting into the HR Services Manager, you will be an essential part of the HR team. You will ensure efficient processing and accurate payment of the weekly and monthly payroll for all Irish based Birds Eye Pizza sites while ensuring all payroll rules and processes are strictly adhered to. You will manage the complete end to end payroll process on our Core HR/CorePay system. It is a fast paced role which requires an experienced payroll professional with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail to ensure smooth payroll process. Working to strict deadlines, you will be an adept multi-tasker and problem solver. About You You should have 2-3 years experience in Payroll administration and be qualified or part qualified in a Payroll Discipline IPASS.  A proven track record must be demonstrated and knowledge in a similar role and must have knowledge and experience in CoreHR (Pay, Time, Personnel, Access) or other relevant HR System. Experience/Skills/Qualifications 2-3 years experience in payroll administration Qualified or part qualified in a Payroll Discipline IPASS Excellent PC Skills (SAP, Excel, Word, CORE etc) High level of interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills, including account reconciliation and problem solving ability Ability to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis, independently Excellent planning and organization skills. Working to strict deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates a clear focus on the customer. Proven collaboration skills.
