- Controlling Group supplier AP.
- Prepare weekly cash flow report with an appropriate analysis.
- Monitoring the term of payments (LCs, CAD, FREE, CMA.) with the different international suppliers.
- Responsible for issuing payments on daily, weekly or monthly according to the treasury, finance & company policy
- Issue all the payment related to foreign suppliers.
- Check with A/P all the payments and supporting documents.
- Follow up the closed bank accounts.
- Settle of all Treasury transactions.
- Investigate late receipts & late payments.
- Daily coordination with the importation, stock and commercial department.
- Liaise with local bank to speed up different procedures (transfers, opening of new bank accounts, credit lines, CAD collection, opening of LCs, issuing of swift…).
- Monitoring the FX of the different bank and perform all credit facilities (long/short term), monthly loan interest & Monitoring the FX of the different bank.
- Prepare and check the daily & weekly reports of cash e.g. recap for international payments made and send it to suppliers to confirm the good receiving of payments
- Preparing the daily cash management of the company, and redact an appropriate analysis related to the cash pooling, currency exchange rate, letter of credits, loans, banking situation.
- Daily and weekly reconciliation of statement of account with suppliers.
- Assist the accountants to close their monthly reconciliation, and provide them all necessary documentation from bank, suppliers.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
