As our business continues to grow we are excited to have created a new role for an Enterprise Risk Framework & Governance Manager.

As the Enterprise Risk Framework & Governance Manager, you will aid HCUK, your colleagues and key stakeholders to manage risk more effectively.

Duties include but are not limited to:-

• Shape the culture around Enterprise Risk at HCUK
• Design, implement and improve the Policy Framework, Risk Appetite Framework and Risk Maturity assessment process
• Fully optimise the Risk MI tool to ensure reporting is effective and transparent

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have:-

• Previous experience of designing and implementing best in class Risk Management Frameworks gained in a financial services organisation, this can either be in the 2nd line (preferable) or we will consider people with 1st line experience
• You will also have impeccable relationship management and interpersonal skills, tenacity and passion for your subject matter.
