Your new company

Hays Accountancy & Finance is proud to be exclusively recruiting a HR/Payroll administrator to join a services business based in Leeds for 6 months in order to cover a period of maternity leave.

Your new role

Working within the team you will be responsible for delivering a first class service to both internal and external customers within a fast paced environment. You will take full responsibility of the payroll including manual processing into SAP for Payroll Processing, resolving queries, generating and checking monthly payroll reports and answering calls from managers and colleagues to provide essential guidance both over the phone and in writing

What you'll need to succeed

You will have prior Payroll Administration experience as well as a diverse knowledge of current legislation surrounding this. You will demonstrate a key understanding of HR/Payroll processes and procedures including the ability to calculate a gross to net payment. You will have outstanding customer service skills with an excellent track record of meeting customer needs. You are a strong team player with exceptional IT and communication skills; both written and verbal. Though not essential, SAP experience is desirable.
