Software Implementation Analyst - Real Estate

£50,000 - 65,000 plus bonus

A market leading Real Estate Software Provider are looking to expand their Training and Support team by way of recruiting a client facing Implementation and Training Consultant. You will be based in London but will travel across the UK to various Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to all clients by providing training, support, consultancy and advice for all their system needs.
• You will be responsible for the project management of implementations.
• Deliver training to new and existing clients and colleagues and will be the key point of contact to all clients on software queries.
• Provide consultancy and advice to new and potential clients.
• Travelling to various client offices in the UK and ensuring implementations are carried out successfully to the time frames agreed with the client.

Key Person Specification:

• Real Estate experience is essential.
• You must have experience managing implementation projects and working with property management systems.
• You must be willing to travel to travel to client's offices (3-4 days per week).
• Excellent communication, customer service and client facing skills are essential.
• You will hold a distinct advantage if you have experience with implementation of property management or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of property accounts or client accounting is highly desired.
