Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Group Treasurer.
• Prepare cash flow forecast to track all funding requirements and ensure adequate liquidity to meet ongoing operational and capital expenditure needs.

• Ensure efficient utilization of cash through short-term investment of surplus cash.
• Monitor markets on foreign exchange to manage the hedging requirements for the group.
• Act as authorized dealer for treasury transactions, including fixed deposit placements and foreign exchange.
• Prepare treasury and management reporting.
• Utilize Treasury Management System (TMS) for trade entries, authorization and reporting and assist in troubleshooting of the TMS.
• Negotiate credit facilities with banks and financial institutions covering agreement review and loan documentation.
• Work closely with Legal and Corporate Secretary on financing related documentation.
• Assist in fund raising activities including issuance of bonds in the debt capital market.
• Provide other treasury support whenever required for the Group's business activities.
• Assist in managing the group's insurance policies, covering assets & liability, professional indemnity and directors & officers' insurances.
• Any other matters as may be required from time to time.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Finance/Business/Accountancy.
• 2-6 years of relevant working experience preferably in banks or listed companies in Singapore.
• High level of financial literacy, numeric and analytical skills with good knowledge of financial statements and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel as well as Bloomberg.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external parties which include operations, finance and legal/secretariat matters are critical.
• Experience working with finance shared service set-up would be highly desirable.
• Pro-active, confident, self-motivated, people-oriented person and a self-starter with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
