• Reporting to the General Manager of the Company.
• Management of the overall Financial functions of the Company that include the different key areas of relevant specializations, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Loans and Investment Management, Planning, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Performance Measurement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Business modeling and forecasting
• Monitoring performance and efficiency
• Analyzing change and conducting risk asses
• Participating in strategic planning, and formulating long-term business plans
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Pricing and competitor analysis
• Developing complex finance models
• Assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheets
• Overseeing budgetary control
• Ensure proper and healthy cash flow
• Arrange finance requirements with banks and ensure timely settlements
• Liaising with other members of the team and across the business
• Develop budgets and forecasts as well as recommendations to improve cash flow
• Improve cash flow - our target is to have excess cash and be less dependent on banks
• Negotiate with banks to have better interest rate
• Improve company profitability by reducing overall bank and finance charges
• Make a big impact on reducing overall outstanding with our customers by improving our collections
• Suggest/implement ideas to improve the financial performance of the company
• Manage the entire accounting team in the company
• Set budget to each department and implement a very strict cost control
