QuantiTech is currently accepting applications for Administrative / Professional Assistant to provide direct support for a customer at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Provide support to Program Directorate senior personnel for scheduling; coordinating events, meetings, and travel; reviewing and preparing executive correspondence; and other program support functions. Maintain calendars within Microsoft Outlook. Reserve conference rooms and setup/coordinate conference calls and video teleconferences to include: ensure slide presentation is working properly, take roll, take meeting minutes during meetings as requested, and submit meeting notes for approval to meet suspense dates. Construct, review, and edit memos, letters, and official Government correspondence. Review will consist of spelling/grammar accuracy, record management, and data entry for proper coordination and routing internally and externally. Operate a multi-line phone system. Receive all incoming calls and take complete messages as needed. Coordinate with other Program Assistants. Coordinate with and assist the PEO Command and Staff as required. Create and edit complex spreadsheets and PowerPoint briefs for review and staffing. Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, and schedules. Maintain and track routing numbers for routing slips and retain an electronic file on all signed documents. Coordinate and track external inquiries, suspense's, and action items. Perform some work in a classified environment. Assist in the operation and/or modification of automated tools and databases, including the Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) and the Defense Travel System (DTS). Minimum Requirements: Must possess an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation. Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 10 years related experience or HS Diploma with 15 years directly related experience may substitute additional experience for degree. Must be computer literate and proficient with recent experience in MS Office products to include: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Must have experience arranging business travel with use of ATAAPS and DTS. Excellent customer interface and communications skills, both written and verbal. Possess above average communication and organizational skills, as well as be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
