Key Responsibilities: Support the NA Finance Transformation Leader in the development and execution of the NA strategic transformation plan. Lead Finance Transformation initiatives to meet cost reduction and value improvement goals. Obtain buy-in from operating and finance leaders. Oversee execution of projects necessary to achieve the objective (i.e., project plan, project status communications) Identify improvement opportunities and potential go-forward solution. Includes performing current state assessments (i.e., process flows, challenges), gathering business requirements, facilitating future state design workshops and documenting future state processes (i.e., RACI, desk top procedures) Support the transitioning of finance processes out of business units to consolidate into Shared Services Center. Includes documentation of current and future processes, and facilitation of knowledge transfer and training Support the development of the overall Finance Transformation change management strategy and drive changes in the Finance organization Qualifications: 10 years of work experience in operations, finance or consulting that enhances skills and understanding of business processes and change implementation, specifically finance functional transformation Bachelor's degree required, CPA, MBA, and/or PMP is a plus Excellent understanding of finance transformation, improvement best practices and methodologies Communication skills commensurate with engaging in transformation initiatives and leading and driving change in an organization Excellent business acumen and operational maturity with strong and proven organizational skills Ability to execute on large, complex, distributed (e.g., regional and global) projects High-value personal qualities - critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to influence, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident, high-energy, etc. Experience overcoming challenges and pitfalls in delivery of transformation programs Other Skills: Leadership and interpersonal skills – Strong interpersonal and demonstrated leadership of major change initiatives. Results delivery – Record of success in making quantifiable difference to prior organizations, projects or teams. Knowledge – Demonstrated finance transformation, operations improvement and process implementation experience Strategic thinking – Visionary who can engage teams in ideating new operational and strategic innovations and identify new opportunities to grow Experian over time Managerial skills – Strong people developer with a proven ability to manage, coach and inspire highly intelligent, high achieving, analytical teammates Problem solving – Strong problem-solving skills as demonstrated in prior professional efforts Analysis – Strong financial and business analysis skillsets Hands on – Capable and effective – able and ready to take a hands-on role in solving organization challenges and in making improvements.
