Telamon is hiring a Receptionist in our Carmel, IN headquarters. The receptionist welcomes on-site visitors and employment applicants and notifies personnel of their arrival, answers multi-line switchboard, screens callers and routes appropriately to employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets and welcomes guests, determines nature of visit and directs accordingly. Operates multi-line switchboard including incoming calls, outgoing calls, and pagingsystem. Maintains security measures by following safety procedures and controlling access viareception desk (electronic guest sign in, issuing visitor badges). Orders and maintains marketing and promotional items inventory, apparel, and businesscards for Carmel headquarters and remote employees. Orders office supplies for Carmel headquarters. Provides admin support to business unit leaders: mail merges, spreadsheets, data entry,registrations, calendar/room scheduling, and catered lunches. Maintains and updates receptionist manual and employee phone lists. Contacts vending machine vendor for repair. Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to operate telephone switchboard Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Customer service focus Punctuality Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience EOE/M/W/Vets/Disabled SDL2017
