Summary: The Major Dealer Accounts Coordinator acts as a tactical partner by building and maintaining customer/client relationships in order to grow the business. The Major Dealer Accounts Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers including individual dealers, dealer groups, institutional accounts and others resulting in sales. Also builds relationships in order to increase service to customers. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times. Job Description: Key Responsibilites: Reports to Major Dealer Accounts Manager Provide operational support to Major Dealer Accounts Training – in person/online (WebEx) Handling, maintaining and growing relationships with regional and national buyers/sellers for various Dealer Groups. Assist with driving day to day sales (vehicles purchased/sold by group dealerships) Help with identifying customer needs and working with their Major Dealer Accounts Manager to create solutions and processes to support these needs. Identify immediate and urgent Major Dealer Group needs and communicate those needs to Major Accounts Managers for help/resolution Reporting and managing bugs/issues Manage program changes/enhancements Manage all reports delivered to Major Dealer Groups Managing day to day operations requests pertaining to payments, titles, vehicle releases, arbitrations, transport Account Setup Dealership Access User Access Inventory Feed Maintaining account information within our internal systems- stay up to date with the Dealer Groups point of contact and audit that information within salesforce.com to ensure that our records match Communicate effectively with internal employees about account issues and opportunities and make appropriate notation at the Dealer Group and account level in Salesforce. Demonstrate via phone or WebEx ADESA.com and our Private Label Sites including buying and selling Maintain an understanding of the registration process and documents required within Auction Access Maintian Knowledge of earnback programs standardized menu pricing and fees as well as current customer promotions Maintian Knowledge of all pre-post sale departments Other projects and tasks as assigned. Education and Qualification Requirements: Positive, energetic personality One (1) years hands-on experience in Salesforce compliance objectives. Proficient in MS Office Excelent phone and listening skills Goal and detail orientated. Self motivated with strong initiative Persuasive communicative ability CB SDL2017
