Job Summary: The primary role of the Credit Card Specialist is performing back office and operations activities associated with our credit card program, including reconciliations, settlement entries, handling of charge back/disputes, and reporting. Interaction with vendor, MasterCard as well as internal and external clients. Primaryresponsibilities: Reconciliation/settlement of creditcard activity and investigation of chargebacks and disputes. Assist in the development ofoperational procedures Serve as resident expert forinternal and external questions pertaining to card issues and problemresolution. Provide back office operationssupport including account maintenance, new account boarding, daily management reports,payment entry and processing. Thorough knowledge of card products and ancillary services, such as rewards programs, eZBusiness and EzCard. Support and assist Credit CardManager with activities related to the Credit Card program, including training andonboarding. Provide consulting services to clients as we implement and expand their card programs. Successful candidates must be detail oriented and possess the following Education, Skills,and Experience: 3 to 5 years basic knowledge and experience with credit card processing, including; statement and plastic production, charge backs, settlement and authorization. Accounting reconciliation experience. Current knowledge of MasterCard/Visarules and regulations. Strong communication and client service skills. Problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
