Description
Key responsibilities:
Month end tasks for company:
- Accruals and prepayments
- Retranslation of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Bank and ad hoc reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Invoice generation, analysis and account reconciliation for major online customers
- Updating cash books
- Oversee aged debt and credit control for non-major accounts
- Credit control for major customer accounts
- Reconcile UK card sales
- Quarterly VAT return
- Ongoing update of reconciliation sheet
- Month end reconciliation
- Posting of invoices to relevant software
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Self motivating
- Positive mindset
- Team Player
- AAT (qualified or studying)
- Experience within Finance
