Our client is a top tier international bank, looking to hire a Senior Vice President, experienced in FX Product Management for their consumer banking business across the region. Ideal candidate would have min 12 years experience in FX product management, have done both Trading/Execution, and Transactional aspects of this product.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive the FX/PA P&L across Asia/EMEA region
  • Conceptualize, implement and support the FX/PA product strategy for the region including development of the advisory and transactional business
  • Devise relevant and measurable metrics across businesses and implement them as KPIs
  • Provide subject matter expertise to businesses on FX/PA products
  • Drive digitization strategies for the business including managing the eFX rollout across countries
  • Drive technological enhancements to the FX/PA platform working with partners, regional delivery teams as well as in-country teams
  • Work with 17 markets across the region to identify and establish opportunities and risks, facilitating success transfers as applicable
  • Work with the regional FX strategist in conceptualizing and driving regional campaigns on FX/PA products
  • Develop, rollout and manage a FX/PA pitch book defining/articulating value proposition for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with Markets team to drive integration strategies
  • Develop and manage a regional FX/PA product program and crystallize advisory guidelines

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably from Banking, Finance or Economics
  • 12- 15 years of relevant experience in retail banking, preferably in treasury products across front, middle or back office roles
  • Advanced level of analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of treasury products including FX, margin FX and FX options
  • Strong knowledge of product platforms and operational processes supporting the FX/PA business
  • Project management experience
  • Basic understanding of governance & risk management in relation work flow analysis
  • Basic understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to treasury products and key industry wide issues
  • Strong inter personal and influencing skills
  • Advanced excel and powerpoint skills
