Our client based in the Dublin area is looking to recruit a dynamic and results driven Finance Manager for an immediate start. This role will be working very closely with the Managing Director in assisting them to continue driving their business forward. The ideal candidate will have the following: • Qualified accountant with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a Finance Management Role, • Finance lead experience within logistics or a similar background • A strong track record in a management role in a high growth organisation and industry. • Client focused, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profits • Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work on his/her own initiative. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong ability to work in high-pressure situations, and excellent business acumen. • Track record of improving the profitability and value of a firm or business unit in a leadership position.
