Budget Project Manager

Budget Project Manager needed in the Wirral Ref 327420 paying £(Apply online only).50 per day

Duties:

Prepare the project plan for the 19/20 budget and 2019 – 2023
Organise and prepare information for various meetings – engagement sessions, consultation, Members meetings
Write business cases for savings proposals include:
Full risk assessment
Equality impact assessment
Requirement for consultation
Stakeholder engagement
Delivery plan
Milestone plan
Ensure the basis for the calculation of savings is robust and can be deliverable from 1 April or provide the part year effect and delivery plan for full year impact
Meet regularly with the accountable officers within the business to ensure plans are on target for delivery
Analyse any duplication or conflicting/contradictory impacts of the savings
Prepare the delivery plan for savings yet to be quantified and work closely with the business
