Solicits Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse and niche/specialty mortgage loans. Sourcing prospects, taking applications, qualifying and making offers of loan products Reviews, analyzes and qualifies borrower within agency and investor guidelines. Ensures documents are consistent and compliant with company and industry guidelines. Review assets, financials, credit, applicable ratio’s, income doc's, appraisal and title reports. Uses CRM (Velocify) and pipeline (Encompass) for timely and properly disposition of loans. Attends training sessions as required to learn new sales skills and product knowledge. Provides excellent customer service when interfacing with all stakeholders. Builds long lasting and professional relationships with lendplus strategic partners.
