Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll/Assistant Bookkeeper

Business Management firm located in Beverly Hills is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Assistant Bookkeeper to assist handling of multiple high-net worth client accounts. The candidate must have solid working knowledge of general bookkeeping principles. The applicant should display strong organizational and communication skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and meet weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage client s accounts payables and receivables Ensure all entries have proper backup, coding, and approvals before processing Enter all payables and cash receipts in Zenith and scan backup to each entry Run and maintain an accurate accounts payable list Resolve any outstanding payment issues Download client credit cards and monthly reconciliation Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts Handle emails and inquiries in a timely manner Assist with sorting and filing daily mail Perform other general accounting duties and projects as requested Required Qualifications: Minimum 4 years full bookkeeping experience. Business management experience is a plus, not required. Must be tech-savvy, good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Detail-oriented Able to work independently as well as with a team Great communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism Client service oriented Punctual, reliable, and proactive Preferred Qualifications: Quickbooks Online - Is a plus Salary is determined by job experience and education.
