Summary: Summary: The Account Representative acts as a tactical partner by building and maintaining customer/client relationships in order to grow the business. The Account Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers including individual dealers, dealer groups, institutional accounts and others resulting in sales. Also builds relationships in order to increase service to customers. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times. The Account Representative collaborates with most operational departments and has no direct reports. Job Description: Builds and maintains relationships with assigned customers which may include individual dealers, dealer groups, institutional accounts and others while generating sales and ensuring repeat business. Prospects for new customers to grow sales revenue and a loyal customer base. Provides customer support by solving customer problems which may include researching and responding to customers regarding payments, vehicle releases, arbitrations, titles, inventory sourcing, registrations, and selling and buying in various venues; follows up after each sale. Researches information to prepare for sales calls; logs information into the customer database. Conducts product demonstrations and customer training. Maintains files, reviews and reports and assists others. Other projects and tasks as assigned. SDL2017
