Our Employee Value Proposition Critical to the needs of our Financial Department, the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst participates in the processes necessary to meet segment reporting responsibilities for our private equity shareholder's Forms 10K and 10-Q filings, including financial statements, footnotes and management discussion and analysis disclosure. This role will also participate in the processes necessary to complete the company's internal management reports. Key Performance Objectives (not an all-inclusive list of duties/expectations) Participates in the process necessary to prepare financial information for our private equity shareholder's SEC Forms 10K and 10Q filings including the following: Participates in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes and supporting materials in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the US and SEC rules and regulations Participates in drafting segment Management Discussion and Analysis Works closely with our international and domestic accounting and operations teams in preparation of information Leads the process and prepares our separately issued consolidated and subsidiary audited financial statements Utilizes Workiva Wdesk system to manage related processes Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, current knowledge of US GAAP Ensure all accounting teams are preparing financial information monthly/quarterly/annually using our approved financial reporting tools and in compliance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (US GAAP) and Company policies and procedures Keeps abreast of emerging accounting, reporting and disclosure standards promulgated by the FASB and SEC. Evaluates and prepares memorandum regarding the impact of emerging standards on the our financial information for presentation to the accounting organization and senior management, as appropriate. Work within a SOX-compliant environment and maintain appropriate controls Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university CPA or CPA candidate required Two to four (2-4) years of public accounting/SEC reporting (including 1 year of audit in public accounting) Construction accounting concepts/Hands-on SOX and GAAP knowledge/Segregation of duties Software MS Office (including high-level Excel skills) Workiva Wdesk experience preferred Host Analytics (or similar platform) Concur DBM Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer with an Affirmative Action Plan Recruiters - Resumes submitted without current/valid vendor agreement will become property of DBM Global Inc.
