Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

Head of FP&A for one of the largest housing organisations in the country. You will play a key role in the long term planning for the organisation and manage a team of 4 people.

Client Details

This organisation are one of the largest housing organisations in London and part of the G15. They have a strong development pipeline of thousands of properties over the next 5 years and are currently operating at an annual turnover of around £350m.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the long term planning, including assumptions and stress testing scenarios

• Preparation of organisations annual FFR

• Manage the sign off of potential new development scheme appraisals

• Lead the financial assessment of the development programme

• Manage a team of 4

• Construction of bespoke financial models

Profile

You will be a fully qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent) with strong technical financial planning and analysis skills that can be evidenced through experience. The ability to communicate effectively with non-finance is essential to success within the position as is a thorough understanding of financial modelling and investment appraisal. All backgrounds considered but an understanding within UK Social housing or residential property development would be highly beneficial.
