Finance Manager

My client are a medium sized Medical business based in the heart of St Albans. They are recruiting a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis and run their Finance function for them and 3 members of staff will report into you.

Salary up to £40,000 with progression, great benefits and the opportunity to make the role your own and make changes and processes.

Client Details

My client are growing within the Medical industry and partner with many hospitals all over the UK. They have a small Finance team in their Head Office in St Albans and are looking for someone to manage this function for them and motivate and lead the team members. You will be working in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Description

• Reporting into a hands on Managing Director
• Leading and motivating your team members
• Running 1-1s and setting KPI's
• Month End Reporting
• Assisting with transactional duties when necessary
• Credit Control, Chasing debts
• Monthly reporting
• Year end Audit prep
• Hiring her staff members

Profile

• Ideally a background in a similar role
• Live local to St Albans
• Be a hard working and proven team leader
• Computer literate - ideally an intermediate Excel user
• Proficiency with Sage is advantageous
• The ability to multi task and motivate others
