Our client is looking for a motivated and hard-working Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly and supportive finance team for the next 3 months (initially). You will be working within a busy and energetic environment based in the heart of Sutton.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will:
- Ensure that all purchase invoices are approved
- Code and post all purchase invoices and credit notes
- Ensure payments are made in line with agreed payment terms
- Resolve any queries that arise
- Complete all statement reconciliations
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have:
- Experience of working within a Purchase Ledger role
- You must be available to start this role as soon as possible
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Excel
