Our client is a top performing investment banking group with a superb reputation in UK corporate finance. They advise companies on the whole range of their capital needs and mergers and acquisitions activity.
They are now looking to add a professional to their corporate finance team, who will work on M&A, corporate finance, capital markets deals. This will include equity capital markets and finance raising on the financial markets.
They are interested in meeting people from the big four accounting firms, who will work in one of corporate finance, TS or audit. If you work in audit, you will need to demonstrate a very good understanding of the M&A markets and an exceptional interest in the sector.
To confirm - we are happy to look at ACAs from audit with no previous M&A experience
