This will be an initial 6 month contract where you will be tasked with analysing the existing business processes/ operating rhythms, before agreeing and implemented the relevant changes.
The position will focus on delivery of change and roll out to the wider business, which will involve some oversight of testing and training for business users.
To be considered you must have:
- Experience working Financial Planning/ Regulated Advice, ideally within Wealth Management.
- Experience with Business Process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to effectively communicate with the Front Office.
- Understanding of relevant regulations.
