Senior Product Manager, Securities Services

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be part of the Broker Outsourcing Services product team based in Asia
• Broker Outsourcing Services offers a full service post trade processing solution for the middle and back office functions of a Broker Dealer and includes such functions as middle office, trade and settlement enrichment, books and records, sub ledger, corporate actions processing
• This role is primarily to be the functional owner of the Settlements offering on Broker Outsourcing Services
• The successful candidate will have extensive Global Cash Equities Settlements experience and knowledge both technically and operationally
• The role will include, defining the functional Model, the standardised solution model, training the user base and acting the authority for the Broker Outsourcing Services Settlements offering

Requirements:

• Expert Knowledge of Global Cash Equities processing
• Commercially minded
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, must be capable of producing clear, unambiguous communication, interacting positively with team members, senior business management, department heads and vendors, as required
• Experience of building and maintaining excellent relationships when dealing directly with external clients and third parties
• Ability to build a consensus at all levels within the organisation
• Capacity to challenge assumptions, think independently and propose ideas
• Ability to plan and organise workload when working to tight deadlines and manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with a very strong attention to detail
