Vice President, Real Estate Multi-Strategy Investments

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in preparing financial modeling, forecasting, valuations and proposals relating to potential asset acquisitions or property-related projects.
• Actively involves in deal structuring and negotiation; ensure effective execution of investments.
• Gather market intelligence of real estate sector
• Proactively engage in post deal monitoring process, close contact with portfolio companies
• Keep abreast of market information on real estate development and investment
• Perform ad hoc assignments as per management requests

Requirements:

• Degree in finance or business management related discipline
• At least 6 years' experience in the financial industry with focus in real estate sector
• Solid accounting and financial knowledge and strong in financial modelling skills
• Experience in real estate related investments is a definite advantage
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
