I am currently recruiting an experienced Secretary/Administrator for an established accountancy practice based in D6. Overview of the role: Typing - dictaphone typing experience is a distinct advantage Receptionist duties including: Answering calls, taking messages, greeting clients and handling all relevant correspondence Managing databases Typing, preparing & collating reports Liaising with relevant organisations and clients Logging/Processing bills or expenses Any other ad hoc admin duties  Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills Organisation and time management skills Strong attention to detail Flexibility Tact, discretion and diplomacy The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office)and to learn bespoke packages if required If you think this role is a good fit for you please don't hesitate to reach out to Shauna Porter to discuss further: shauna.porter(at) / 01 614 6059 OfficeSupport18
