The key responsibilities are;
managing system for posting supplier invoices onto their system, ensuring prompt and accurate information is maintained at all times. Reconciling client monies on a daily basis including the transfer of monies to individual accounts. Process improvement and enhancement for the purchase ledger function, managing payment processes to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- A sound understanding of basic accounting principles and purchase ledger processes - Essential
Experience of all the above duties - Essential
AAT qualification - Desirable
