They are based in North London and are a vibrant property company running a project to implement a new system
They are currently working on XERO and are specifically looking for candidates to work on XERO whilst they implement another system alongside this.
Our client have a fun and vibrant office, and operate a fast paced environment.
The position is specifically looking for a candidate with XERO experience and for someone with Accounts Payable experience.
Our client are running a new project to assist with a new system implementation meaning they are hiring a candidate on a temporary basis. The position will begin as a 2 month temporary role with the view to extend.
Candidates must be happy to commit to a 2 month temporary role as an initial duration.
This role, Accounts Payable Clerk with XERO (Temporary), involves
- Working within the Accounts Payable team during a systems implementation
- Experience on XERO is vital
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolving queries
- Investigating for missing POs
- Dealing with the complex queries with invoices i.e a candidate that has extensive experience dealing with a range of problems with purchase invoices
- Temporary role
- Paid hourly
- Starting in October
- Accountancy based
The candidate we are looking for, Accounts Payable Clerk with XERO (Temporary), must:
1. Have XERO
2. Have extensive accounts payable experience
3. Be immediately available to start work in October
4. Be happy with a minimum of a 2 month assignment
